DFdiscover is a client-server solution that scales effortlessly, from one study to 999 studies. Single study cloud-hosted, enterprise level self-hosted for an entire clinical trials group, or anything in between - highly configurable, DFdiscover can handle it all.
DFdiscover Linux Server
The backbone is a 64-bit Linux server running RedHat 7.x, CentOS 7.x (for CentOS 8.x contact our support team), openSUSE Leap or Tumbleweed. The DFdiscover server RPM is available to every client. Install the server RPM on hardware in your own computing environment to self-host your DFdiscover server. Or work with DF/Net to cloud host your DFdiscover deployment on an Azure server, available in many countries.
Data collection and data review in DFdiscover are easy with any browser that is HTML5 compliant, including Microsoft Edge (79 and newer), Google Chrome (71 and newer), Mozilla Firefox (65 and newer), Opera (58 and newer) and macOS Safari (12.1 and newer). There is nothing to install, and nothing to maintain.
For mobile data collection and data review, DFcollect is a 64-bit* application available on Google Play and the App Store. DFcollect is compatible with Android 7 (Nougat) and newer, and iOS 11 and newer. DFcollect works both online and offline.
*An Android version for 32-bit devices is available upon request.
Desktop Client Applications
For users that need ultimate control, power, flexibility and access to the full suite of DFdiscover tools, 64-bit desktop client applications are available for:
- Windows 10
- macOS 10.14 (Mojave) and newer
The client applications are distributed through this website and locally installed.
For a desktop DFexplore experience without software installation, DFnavigator is freely available. It needs only an HTML5 compliant browser. If you need to run the DFexplore desktop application on Windows 8 or macOS Sierra / High Sierra, DFnavigator is the solution for you.
