This report lists a summary of the subject schedule. The summary includes for each permitted subject ID:
which visit was the entry, or start visit, including the date that the visit occurred
which visit was the most recently completed visit, including the date that the visit occurred
which visit, if any, is scheduled to occur next
the status of the visit schedule for the subject, including outstanding queries if any or the number of days that the next visit is overdue
If the next visit is overdue, and there are outstanding queries, the overdue visit status is prioritized for display.
Any row in the tabular output can be clicked to present the detailed scheduling information for that particular subject ID. This detail includes the kwown visit schedule for the subject and includes the schedule date and status (incomplete, final, overdue and/or days off-schedule) for each visit (calculated from the available visit dates and the visitmap), and the actual dates of visits that have been received.
It is possible to search the output by selecting the field of interest in the Search by dropdown list and then specifying the value to search for. Each column can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column heading. Each click reverses the previous sort order.
